In another life, Kim was a partner at Hamish.Fletcher Lawyers.
Then she went off to do all kinds of interesting things including having a family. After 20 years she has returned with a wealth of experience in Employment and Business Law.
Kim’s knowledge comes from being a former prosecutor for the Ministry of Fisheries and in private practice since 2001 as Solicitor, Partner and Director in firms specialising in Fisheries and Commercial law. She has also taught applied law and business management courses at NMIT. In her “spare time” she is a learning delivery Adjunct with Open polytechnic Kuratini Tuwhera in the areas of law, business and real-estate.

Living in Mariri, Kim and her family love to do anything associated with the ocean, particularly if it involves blowing bubbles (scuba).
